Duluth, MN – Patricia Francisco, LTCP an Independent Long Term Care Planning Specialist, is the recipient of a 2010 Long Term Care Achievement Award. The Duluthian was recognized as one of the leading professionals in the state of Minnesota by the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI), a national professional association. The annual award recognizes insurance and financial professionals working to meet the long term care planning needs of consumers nationwide. According to Jesse Slome, the Association’s Executive Director, there are 40,000 insurance and financial advisors who market long term care insurance, and being one of Minnesota’s leading professionals is a most meaningful distinction.
